I would just like to thank the person who smashed in my bumper and ran away on Saturday April 13, 2013.
I would also like to thank you for the out of pocket expense that I will have to pay to get this fixed.
I guess letting someone else pay for your "mishaps" is considered acceptable in today's society. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed that you could cause damage to another person’s property and just take off like nothing happened.
To have a drivers license is a privilege and it should not be taken lightly.
