Covenant fight should be over
To the editor: Why should Sharon Simpson have to fight City Hall again? Didn't the court rule in favour of the covenant the last time? Is this use of the property not against the ruling? Does it have to to be fought every time they want to break it? This should be put to rest once and for all and not at her expense. Len Jupp
