'Hotties' not such a good idea

To the editor:

I was very saddened when I saw the calendar pictures for the Hospice fundraiser 'Hotties for the Hospital.'

How undignified.

How much more meaningful if there were pictures actually representing the folks that are helped by the loving hands of those who minister to the dying.

In a age where you can hardly find an advertisement with out some kind of sexual inference it would have been so enjoyable and inspiring to have been spared the visuals represented here.

I work with the elderly and love them and find this representation very undignified and tasteless.

My clients are beautiful and do not need to undress to be appreciated, I have the utmost respect for them and try very hard to help them keep their dignity.

I am sad.
