Secondary suites at the forefront
To the editor: I can't believe Mayor and Council of West Kelowna would be contemplating allowing secondary suites in residential areas to be located in homes not occupied by their owners. How on earth would this be beneficial to the community at large? A few people need to have secondary suites to provide income to meet mortgage payments. No problem there. Would like to hear the rationale behind this proposed amendment. Jim Devlin
