Don't be surprised by bears

From the Castanet Discussion Forum:

To the people that live on the outskirts, don't be surprised by bears going through your garbage.

Aren’t you suppose to keep your garbage enclosed in areas so that you don’t attract the wildlife from the mountains?  

You’re the reason as to why bears get shot when they don’t need to be.

What’s next, a deer cull in Kelowna?
