ICBC Bonuses Ridiculous

Congratulations to the managers at I.C.B.C. on their "bonuses"! They are purported to be "well deserved". Cheating the public by making medical decisions without a degree and denying accident victims medical coverage does not qualify as "deserving" in my opinion.

As a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended I suffered back and neck pain, and problems with my ribs. Because there was not extensive damage sustained to the vehicle, I.C.B.C. determined that I was not injured.
Excuse me! Did they ask my doctor for his opinion? No, they did not even take the time to contact my doctor, who referred me to a massage therapist for treatment. The treatment was successful, thanks to a great therapist.
I.C.B.C. did cover a portion of the cost however I still had to pay out of pocket for every treatment I had. When I requested reimbursement for the out of pocket expenses I was turned down.

I suppose this means the manager became entitled to a little "bonus" for saving I.C.B.C. some money.

This is ridiculous! If there is a surplus then it should be returned to those who paid their hard earned money to create it! Give the insurers a rebate or lower the cost to those insurers, or, pay for claims made by injured victims.

Surely those "well-deserving" managers are earning adequate salaries as befitting their positions. Bonuses? Give me a break I.C.B.C.
