To the editor: Re: Parkade sparks covenant debate Enough already with that outdated covenant. To Sharron Simpson and her lawyer Mr. Smithwick, let this city grow and prosper. Go live in Peachland if you want to stay in a community that doesn’t welcome or want any growth. Get over it. Beth Lukin
