Letters to the editor

Masks could soon be the norm

To the editor:

Re: the Requirement to Wear a Mask.

Remember when health care professionals started having to wear rubber gloves?

Would you want a health worker coming to your bedside without rubber gloves today? I suspect not!

Everyone has got used to wearing gloves now the same way they will get use to wearing a mask.

But, I also agree that workers should not be required to wear the mask while in areas that don't require a mask.  Just pop it on when you enter a patients room.

Maybe they can let it hang around their neck like the typical doctor and their stethoscope.

But many of us feel it's just the right direction to head in.
