Pay Your Own Loan

I would like to express my disapproval at the Kelowna Visual and Performing
Arts Centre Society for asking the City to assume full responsibility for a
more than $1 million dollar building loan. They are a non-profit society and should have to pay off their own debts the same as every other non-profit society by fund-raising.

There is a lot of good the city could do with $1 million dollars that would be more beneficial to the community than paying off someone else's building loan.
