I am angered by the comment that Sergeant Julio Krenz said "Use the police for what they're meant for instead of taking the law into your own hands" That is a laugh ha ha! I am not saying that the father should have shot the dog but if the police knew there was an on going problem why didn't they do anything about it before this happened!
I don't think that the father should be charged at all he got caught up in the heat of the moment! People have to ask themselves what would they do if it was their child? I have had problems with my neighbors for years. They have continuously harassed, bullied and made a nuisance of themselves all aimed at myself and my family!
The police have been involved several times and done diddle squat about it! They just kept telling me to ignore them they aren't doing anything wrong...even when they took pictures of my children I was told as long as they don't do anything with the pictures, there is nothing I can do about it! The school even has to have your permission to take pictures of your children but harassing neighbors are ok! The RCMP don't police the criminals. They police us the hard working honest folk who don't want trouble with anyone! I think that comment made by that Sergeant is a joke and he knows its a joke! He knows they won't do anything until it is too late. We have seen this happening in the news over and over again!
Time to do something about all of it!
