Dirty Hospital Conditions

Finally someone is speaking out about the how dirty our hospitals are.

KGH is cleaner then most but you can see the dust and dirt in any patients room you look at.

It's not the cleaning crew, they do the best they can, but one person can just do so much in 8 hours.

How is a person going to get well in a dirty place like that, even pumped full of drugs to try and help recovery?

I applaud the union for trying to get the auditor general involved. Someone has to take the bull by the horns and do whatever it takes: more cleanup people, contractors or staff, but get the job done with on going monitoring.

You can do all the fancy procedures you want on a patient, but I can't see where it makes sense to put them at risk in a dirty recovery room.
