Re: Your story regarding the 'STOP' sign on school buses.
As a retired 'Professional Driver', having held various classes of license for nearly 60 years, and currently a volunteer driver for Interior Health, the disregard for the 'Stop' sign on a school bus does not surprise me at all.
After all, the drivers in Kelowna and area have little regard for any of the Highway Traffic Act Regulations, such as Speed Limits, Stop Signs, Traffic Signals, etc. Why would a flip-out 'STOP' sign, equipped with flashing red lights be any different?
My volunteer work has me out on the road 5 days a week, at least 2 hours a day, and the stupid actions I see daily would appall you.
