In this article the landlord states that it is the tenants responsibility to pay for the water. I tend to disagree.
Under the Landlord & Tenant act the landlord is responsible for locks, garage door openers and hot water. The tenant pays for the gas which heats the water, but the landlord has to provide the water for the tenant to heat through his gas bill.
