RE:Camping fees are cheap
Peter Smith does not have his facts straight. First of all, it's not $20 a night for a campsite, it's now $30, plus the $6 reservation fee, which you must pay or you won't ever get a campsite. Oh, the free firewood, how did he manage that. The firewood I got from the camp host has risen from $6 for a tiny bundle to $7. It's soft wood so you typically need two or three bundles to have a fire for one evening.
That takes it up to about $50 per night. Yes, the camps are clean and well run, but if your going to make your point, have your facts straight.
