Letter: Speeding

I travel across the bridge to the Westside every day and am appauled at the worsening habits of drivers. Tailgating is totally out of hand with people perferring to be less than a car length behind you, even if you are doing the limit of 80 kph or more!

Speeding has gotten ridiculous and it is nothing to see people doing 15-30 kph over the limit. Even the busses are speeding exessively. Where is the presence of the RCMP?

I haven't seen radar or laser guns in my travels since last year. Are my insurance rates going up because of the lack of policing that is done on the roads causing more and more accidents and fatalities? Is anybody listening?
