Move Drop In Centre

I am in favor of moving the centre to a less pleasing area for drug dealers and their customers. It seems to me if it was moved those people that needed and truly wanted the assistance to improve their lives would find their way out to wherever it was.

In fact I would be in favor of some kind of assistance to get them there. After the center is moved it would be a lot easier for authorities to sort out the ones that are in our parks, on our sidewalks and in our allies just to further some criminal event or to sell or do their drugs.

It just makes sense to Move the center.
