In response to J.B.'s letter, if you want your children to experience and enjoy Christmas concerts and celebrate the birth of “your” savior not “ours”, I suggest you enroll them in a Christian school. Public school has many nationalities that do not celebrate Christmas and is definitely no place to push religion on influential minds.
School is a place for children to learn, home is a place for children to be nurtured and taught how to become a better person and able to contribute to society in a positive manner. That is up to you, not the teachers or the school planners.
