Great Effort Kettle Valley

I would like to write this letter to acknowledge and thank all the residents of the Kettle Valley subdivision for their effort and enthusiasm to make Halloween night so fun and special for the children.

Most of the houses were very elaborately decorated and many of the owners were dressed in costumes to greet the trick-or-treaters. Trick-or-treating in this neighborhood was like being at a magical Halloween festival.
