I am also Fed Up With Crime. I hear you when you say, “I can’t imagine what has happened to all the other residents of Kelowna.” I wonder about that to. Some of the thieves in this town are so bold, and will steal anything and everything from whomever. What is this town coming to?
I have lived here since I was 7 and now I’m 40 years old. I am so ready to leave the Okanagan and look for better this wonderful 4-season paradise has gone to the dogs. I watch a movie like Mad Max, and can see our society going the same way. That is a scary thought.
To the people of Kelowna start making a stand when you see a crime or suspicious activity. Use your cell phone, cameras, digital cameras. Record these people, and report them immediately to the police. Also all of you who know who some of these criminals are report them to crime stoppers. Make yourself a bit of cash. That’s more honest money than the $50 you save from buying a nice item from a garage sale or the pawnshop. That item is being sold for cheap as it was probably stolen. Lets fight back Kelowna and get the scum out of this Valley.
Name with held, as I don’t want any retaliation from the scum. Also parents do you know where your teenagers hang out? I have personally seen what a lot of them do. They all go to a friends rented house and sit around smoking pot, drinking and talking about what crime to do next. Only a small number actually do the crime, but 20 others put their orders in for what they want or they tell their thieving buddies about what Mr. Brown has in his house or garage down the road. Those few low life teenagers have grown up now and are committing bolder crimes. Let stomp out this Okanagan Virus- record and report them.
