Just a quick response to J.S.'s letter.
How do you figure that we won't have to pay taxes during this strike?
Where do you think the money comes from to pay these idiots?
The longer they strike, the more it will cost as the government is going to have to settle big time.
Thus is the way of the union.
I agree with another letter writer that the quality of public service has steadily declined.
Infrastructure within provinces, especially B.C., has reached a new low.
The decision making process is hopelessly flawed.
This shows in the prioritizing and allocating of funds.
If PSAC hopes to win the support of the people, they need to take a long look at how the people are handled in day to day affairs.
