I'm sorry but, this is the perfect example of really WHO is in the wrong here!!
Great. We've got an elderly citizen that has been virtually run over by another elderly citizen. In this situation who REALLY is at fault???
Could you imagine being run over by someone going approximately 2 miles an hour, screaming, trying to get that person to acknowledge your potentially right under their vehicle's tire and they don't acknowledge that you are there??
It's really not their fault they have a hearing impairment, which they don't exactly know for sure, or their sight may be hindered due to old age.
I mean, WHO wants to get old & perhaps accept what they can't change???
WELL. IT'S TIME TO. YOU ARE CAUSING SERIOUS ACCIDENTS TO THOSE WHO ARE CAPABLE!!!!
Face it we're not perfect. But when you retire........RETIRE!!!!!
