Would you like a seat?

We purchased our tickets early for Reba as we had been at the Alan Jackson Concert the previous year and couldn't wait for the next one.
We had eight tickets at $100 each and when we went to get seated the usher said "You probably don't have seats". Excuse me! We spent $800 for tickets, plus accomadion and meals at a Hotel for 2 nights and we have a problem aquiring seats? If you were in the A section it was a mess! We were luckly and got four seats but only after four other people were asked to leave them. God knows where they ended up.
Ms Cameron saying your sorry for the mix-up and that you will make it up next year just doesn't cut it. We feel you should make amends now!
