Anybody but Trudeau

Amongst many other things, Justin Trudeau is a world-class hypocrite on environmental issues.

From the time he was elected in 2015, he has constantly jetted around the globe like a rock star on a world tour. At least if he flew commercial like the rest of us, the carbon emitted by the craft would be carrying 400 other people and not just his little entourage that taxpayers foot the bill for.

Can you imagine how busy the airports would be and what the environment would look like if everyone flying could get the taxpayers to cover the cost of a personal plane instead of sharing an aircraft? How much did it cost taxpayers and how much CO2 did his jet emit when he flew to India to play dress up and embarrass himself and all Canadians by dancing around like a moron?

Now he finds the need for not one but two personal jets to traverse back and forth across the country during this election campaign. He attempts to justify this by mentioning that he purchased additional carbon credits for these jets. Can some scientist please explain how these purchased carbon credits remove the CO2 created by his jets, are these credits sprinkled behind the aircraft and absorb the harmful emissions like a sponge absorbing water?

Once we have been provided this answer, it will help explain how paying a carbon tax on our fuel at the pumps helps reduce our carbon footprint and saves the world. Think how many of our tax dollars he could save and how much he could contribute to saving the planet if he used video conferencing instead of hopping on an aircraft every time he felt the need to have a conversation with another leader, but then I guess in his eyes he’d be losing out on another photo-op.

How can people vote for a party with a leader that has constantly proven to live by double standards? This is the same leader who denied applying pressure on the attorney general in a criminal investigation and, once he was proven to be lying, he fixed everything by firing the attorney general and having her kicked out of the Liberal caucus.

This is the same Trudeau who claims to be a feminist and wants to empower women. Trudeau is the poster child for do as I say and not as I do. Like the signs say, chose forward, vote for change – anybody but Trudeau.
