Like many people, I was stuck in that traffic fiasco recently, due to the accident that affected the traffic lights and electrical for a section of Kelowna.
Understandably, this was a frustrating experience for most people as we live our busy lives.
But, in hindsight, I was thinking about how well the police handled the situation (managing the traffic flow at/around the busy intersections).
I want to thank them, and all the other services who assisted, for their excellent work.
