My granddaughter, a student, has a 2012 Kia Rio 5 motor vehicle.
The key, at a crucial joint, has broken, and according to the dealership in Kelowna has to be replaced.
We got in touch with the dealer, and they have stated that to replace this key would cost over $400 – that’s right, over $400 to replace a key!
That is terrible. There is no way this cost is reasonable.
