Change Of Attitude

I just had to comment about the letter by M Abbott regarding the "impatient, condescending manner" she was treated to by Werner Schmidts' constituency office. I made a simple request for a flag from their office several months ago.

Although Werner Schmidt agreed to it, the staff at the office treated me in exactly the same way and denied the request. Something needs to be done about their attitude there. They seem to forget who it is they are representing there.
