A loose Cannan?

I am just a regular Kelowna citizen who has not yet familiarized myself with the candidates for the upcoming mayoral election.

I don’t personally know any of them.

I read the recent letter to Castanet by Cindy Cannan, which promoted candidate Tom Dyas. I found her letter, written "on behalf of the citizens of Kelowna" was in poor taste with several unnecessary insults toward previous city councillor Andre Blaneil.

She also failed to divulge in her letter that her husband is the campaign manager for Dyas. 

We are all becoming weary of this type of politicking, and I don’t think it’s effective at all. 

I think she’s done more harm than good here.
