As a resident of Kelowna since 1969 (50 years next year), I have been involved with many groups and organizations, the Emergency Support Services of the Regional District of Central Okanagan, as well as a number of senior programs over the years.
I am deeply invested in our community and passionate about our city’s future, which is why I stand firmly behind Colin Basran in his campaign for mayor.
Mayor Basran’s past four years leading our city are proof of his ability and commitment. He has done an incredible job so far, but another four years are needed to see his goals though to fruition. After all, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
Over the years, I have poured my passion, energy and spare time into countless community programs. I want to see our city thrive, and I believe Mayor Basran’s vision for Kelowna aligns with my own.
He will listen to the voice of the community partners I represent and lead our city responsibly, with compassion and care for its individuals. Colin Basran will make this community a better community for us all to live in.
