With other large energy companies divesting themselves of big oil projects, I am afraid the federal government has bought a dead horse in the Trans Mountain pipeline.
I think Kinder Morgan had already determined this project was a dead horse and they figured a way to get out of it.
The U.S. has developed a better oil product, has bigger ships to haul it, and they will get the market share.
Sadly, the taxpayer pays for this.
