Price of pot?

Get this, the federal government is polling the public to find out how much they pay for their pot so the government might find a price for the new factory produced pot. 

They have to be competitive with the back yard producers. I believe that the billions of dollars that the government predict new pot will bring in in tax revenues is much too over estimated. Maybe the new pot should have a carbon tax also applied. 

The government is also studying a low nicotine cigarette and a low THC pot. This makes smoking unnecessary in the least if there is no nicotine and not THC. 

What are the bright people thinking? Wait and see if the new pot can compete with the old back yard pot, both in price and in quality.
