Why fix if it isn't broke?

It seems a very silly to change Family day as that will increase congestion on the highways, at the ski hills and at the airport, make accommodation difficult to find and make tourists and locals cross.

Staggered holidays has benefited us at Christmas and spring break. Why “fix” something that was working smoothly?

I am retired and have no financial association with the tourist industry.
