Drivers, not road to blame

I have been wondering with all the snow lately how all the accidents and mishaps on our highway are the fault of the highways? When did we kill common sense?

If the roads are icy and snow covered should, we not drive to road conditions? If you are not comfortable driving the speed limit in the snow, slow down move over to the right. Don’t keep up with traffic, that’s when you become a hazard to you and everybody out there with you.

I will give you that the roads don’t seem to be well maintained in spots but put the blame where it belongs, with the drivers not the road
