If Alberta’s Notley Crew wishes to play silly bugger by initiating a trade war with BC, here is how to play hardball.

Initiate immediately a 15% Residence Tax on all Alberta owners of property in BC. Add a $250.00 ICBC insurance override charge on all Alberta vehicles entering into and operating in BC. Place a 25% surcharge on all Alberta beef sold in BC. Place a 10% transportation surcharge on all Alberta oil being currently transported through BC via pipeline or rail car. Redirect BC Hydro exports going to Alberta to go down through the Northwest power grid to the much better USA Dollars.

This will make Alberta realize their BC wine embargo is just their own sour grapes, or Premier Notley should resign immediately and be replaced with a Premier that is not from the Dark Ages.
