Beach walk

There is a solution for the water front homes and ways of keeping people out of your yard. Put up a fence on your property line, you know the high water mark. Put one right across, make it six feet tall and it will insure your privacy.

The docks, which are legally built, gate them off as well, on the dock of course. This will still allow public people to walk along the water front, their right, without interfering with your dock.

Now I know doing these things will block your view of the lake, but apparently you can't have it both ways.

You bought water front because you want everything that goes with it, but you can't. It's the law, so abide by it. Simple.
