I want to thank the staff and management at Kelowna Lock & Key - On Harvey Ave Between Asian Pear and Isight Optometry.
The key I ordered online for my vehicle needed to be cut and programmed. Brandon (in-store) was able to cut the key and did his utmost to program it
to no avail. So, he contacted his manager instead of just saying it couldn't be done. Wow.
The manager was at another site and said we were welcome to come there and he would endeavour to help. So we did, and after a few attempts he was finally able to program the key.
An amazing effort put out by this company. They didn't care that we hadn't actually bought the key from them. They just helped.
You cannot ask for more than that. I promised to spread the word about this great company.
