I agree with Dr. Rowan. Poison is an ugly way to kill rats and I would only use it as a last resort. The problem is, the rats we are trying to trap, roof rats, are very wily. They get smart to traps and other methods. With a gestation period of 28 days we have to figure it out before we are hip deep.They are running rampant and the city has to make a decision.
