Poor driving habits

While other 'entities' [in the diversity of Kelowna] advertise and brag about the positive attributes that Kelowna has to offer a resident or visitor, I'm compelled to offer my feelings of disgust toward those drivers [foreign or domestic] who act like there's no one else on the tarmac grid in this Okanagan city!

Yes, I realize that inappropriate driver conduct is rampant everywhere on Earth. However, I have started a campaign with Police and other officials in the hopes of somehow placing an emphasis on how frustrating it is to be in daily traffic situations where other drivers demonstrate absolutely no consideration for others. I won't list the totality of infractions I have logged, including video observations as a pedestrian!

The Kelowna policing facility is definitely understaffed, and of course I'm quite aware that the local detachment seems to be very focused with investigations, and arrests, into other commonly-known, never ending criminal operations.

I live on Gordon Drive and have different hours than some/most folks. I am at home and awake in the early morning hours through the seven days of the week, and I'm baffled at how many speeding vehicles go by my residence after midnight, not to mention the 9 to 5 portion of the day when commuters occupy the driving grid.

I will close this communique by asking and appealing to Castanet officials to help support an irrefutable fact that too many people behind their steering wheels are getting away with undue care and attention! It's so appalling, not to mention the many occurrences of injury and death that transpires in this city!
