Living here is a nightmare

Yes Ryan, you are right, living here is a nightmare for all people living in and around Hein Rd. 

I have lived in the area since 2003, and it is a bit better, but could be a whole lot better if landlords rented to better tenants. It is not the police’s responsibility to make sure there are crime free rental properties. It is solely the landlords.
