Roundabout needed

Could the city planners please see the benefit of a roundabout at the intersection of Springfield and Rutland Road South? 

The traffic coming from Black Mountain area is increasing everyday as developments grow in that area. Morning commuters and daily traffic make it difficult for people trying to get onto Rutland Road or onto Springfield in a timely fashion, not to mention the speed of these cars coming down the hill. 

A roundabout would slow the traffic coming down Springfield and would allow equal access to all roads in all directions. There is ample area and very little foot traffic. 

So city planners, let’s get on it!
