If you think about it, people are going to do what they want to do and you can't stop that. What you can do is have better control of where the needles go by having a safe injection site.
People think Kelowna is small, but in reality it's growing and growing fast. With it come issues like this and you can't avoid them. If we don't get a safe injection site, the needles will litter our city and be a danger to everyone.
If you would like a higher risk of HIV and other such problems, then please keep saying "No" to a safe injection site.
