Right. I'm 65 years old with health issues, I'm going to take my ten year old dog down there and clean the place up. Would you like us to take on Hell's Angels while we're at it? The City of Kelowna can't police its beaches so, get dog owners to do it for you. So cost effective!
Of all the idiot suggestions made regarding relations between this city and dogs, this one takes the cake. It will cement Kelowna's reputation as being one of, if not the most, unfriendly place to own or visit with a dog.
