Fortis gas bill

Whoever said using natural gas is cheap needs a good kick in the a$$. 

Just received our bill. The cost of the natural gas was $19.94, the delivery charge was $46.61 and on top of that the basic charge was $11.28. Then add to that the carbon tax of $17.28, and of course the clean energy levy of $0.35. 

Now you tell me how Fortis has the nerve to raise rates at all! 

I'm wondering if I can charge back Fortis a delivery charge for giving them my money? I think it is only fair that since my money is being delivered to them that they pay a delivery charge as well. That is only fair is it not?
