Has anyone else noticed how, when a contestant say on the "Voice" performs poorly, that the judges immediately give the poor souls a compliment on their looks and appearance? Just to console them.
Well I'm noticing the same thing with our new PM. The CBC can't get anyone to say anything about our new PM except “oh everyone thinks he's good looking”.
I have how ever, watched all of our allies state that Canada pulling out of the air strikes would be “less than positive”, almost inferring it was cowardly.
Now I realize that way back when Chretien shut down half the military bases in the western provinces, it was to save money, and it must have greatly upset him that when 911 occurred and Canada was asked to help contribute in the fight against Bin Ladin that most of the personnel deployed would have to come from Quebec and Ontario. But at least the media couldn't fall back on the talent show judge consolation comments that “oh he looks good doesn't he?"
