I would like to send out a huge shout out to the Department of Transportation and the Eco-Pavers who just completed the highway paving from the Kelowna International Airport to Vernon.
I drive that highway twice a day as I commute to work from West Kelowna, and not only was I impressed with the efficiency of the Eco-Pavers crew, but I am so impressed with the work.
In addition, having the new barricades up along Duck Lake is such a sense of relief.
Thank you! Your team endured hot days to get that done. I wish I could thank each of you personally for making our highways smoother and safer.
