I believe MP Ron Cannan when he was before the judge at the Duffy trial. The old boy network is alive and well regardless of any organization especially when it comes to getting much needed help to raise funding or raise your personal profile. Look at me, I had this person at my benefit so i must be worth a lot and a good guy. Behind the scenes is especially active in politics and they all rub and slap each others backs except when a crises arises and the rats leave the sinking ship. This is normal procedure and done by everyone needing and wanting help. After all, the Minister of Veterans Affairs was here a few days ago with a stop over at the RCL and ANAVETS talking to membership veterans. Had nothing to do with Ron Cannan now would it in an election year?
