Re: Poll: should fire-starters pay?
I was amused after answering this poll, 'no' I should say, and then reviewing the results when I noticed the previous poll and it's results. In the previous poll, it was almost an even split on the decision to go with the oath of office over prayer, like anyone should even care or that they should do either of those things. What's with the archaic fuddle duddle at city councils? Enough frivolous ceremony, conduct business already. Then in the next poll, to see that over 70% of respondents would hang their fellow man out to dry for accidentally starting a wildfire was really quite baffling. What has happened to us? Where are our priorities? I guess it's "Hey man, don't take a slice of my pie....at least not to fight wild fires. But above all else, let's not upset the Gods at council".
