Vancouver Overrated

To the editor:

Who came up with... Vancouver is the best place to live? ...again?

Best for who? I can imagine the phoney, plastic people who swoon over the Vancouver yuppie places and are completely out of touch with reality.

Hundreds of thousands of young Canadians are bumming on the streets. Hundreds of thousands are homeless in Vancouver. Hundreds of thousands are on heroin and other hard drugs. The crime rate is an epidemic and the B&Es are at record numbers.

Vancouver is so overrated it's not funny. Wierdos and degenerates infest the downtown areas. Vast parts of Vancouver are racially segregated. The poor are in economic apartheid forced areas.

Best place - not!
