Justice System Appalling

I cannot believe the justice system in this day and age. After reading an article on Castanet about the shoplifter that was basically strangled to death and to hear that even after the RCMP recommended manslaughter charges be laid, the Crown decided to do nothing!

I find this type of decision absolutely appalling! No I do not support shoplifting but I definitely do not support a Kelowna Business to be able to commit a crime in this country and go untried.

Lately all I hear about is the Hells Angels and how corrupt they are while we let this type of behavior go by the wayside. Sad laws and even a more sad Crown Council. I really wonder if this decision would have been the same if a Crown Council family member was involved?
