Letters: Competition Needed

I was shocked, but sadly not surprised, to read about L.M.'s experience with ICBC. I think the most upsetting part about this whole ordeal is the fact that there are no other options to insuring your vehicles.

Given the choice I would never willingly insure a car through ICBC. All I can say is I hope L.M. fights this injustice all the way. It's high time for some competition, you can rest assured ICBC would lose at least 90% of their customers if there was a choice of insurance companies.
