I realize that once Ernest Thomas Meigs's time is served he will be released. What a horrible system we have in place
Please read again what he did, Castanet's news article said
"He tied one woman up and raped her then proceeded to kidnap another at gunpoint. For the next 28 hours he repeatedly sexually assaulted her, blamed her for her kidnapping and otherwise tormented her. At one point Meigs forced the woman into a position where he could shoot himself and strike her with the same bullet"
But I believe that things need to change (so that time can be added indefinitely) apparently his troubling behaviour continued in prison.
The parole documents state that his sexual fantasies will need to be monitored very closely at all times, what a joke
10 years behind bars and this guy is going to be looking for the first opportunity to live out his sick fantasy on some unsuspecting woman.
This "scum bag" should not be released at all.
At least give him a permanent "Dangerous Offender" status
